During his tenure, he has implemented new systems to increase efficiency, add value, and increase engagement.  Luke is passionate about growing leaders, and his dedication to the professional development of his team has been evident in the creation of a concentrated but highly effective team. Luke currently serves as President for Neighborly’s ® ProTradeNet and Neighborly Customer Solutions divisions.

Roger Chacko

Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Neighborly®

Roger Chacko currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer (CSMO) at Neighborly. Roger is an accomplished senior executive business leader who has more than 25 years of marketing and digital experience with highly recognized brands.

In his CSMO role, he oversees the company’s demand generating functions, including marketing (digital and traditional), brand management, public relations, corporate communications, partnerships, channel management, analytics and consumer research. Roger works closely with other members of the Executive Team at Neighborly to establish Neighborly’s strategy for success.

During his career, Roger has cultivated and challenged high performance teams to achieve transformational levels of in-market success. Roger has served as advisor to several private equity portfolio companies in the digital marketing and consumer experience space, most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer at Planet Fitness.

He has served as EVP/Global Chief Commercial and Branding Officer at Carlson Hotel Group, where he helped develop and launch the Radisson RED brand; EVP/Chief Strategy Officer at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., where he helped to take the company to Initial Public Offering (IPO); and EVP/Chief Marketing Officer at USAA, where he was instrumental in the launch of the remote check deposit product via a digital device. Roger has held roles in senior executive marketing, strategy, and P&L global at iconic consumer brands, such as Mars, Kellogg’s and Danone.

Roger holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Oklahoma State University.

Vera Peterson

Group President, Neighborly®

Vera Peterson currently serves as Group President for the maintain brands at Neighborly, the world largest home service company. She oversees the business operations and the execution of company strategies for 6 of the 19 North American brands. Prior to her appointment as Group Presidents, Vera served as president of Molly Maid for almost 3 years. In this role she was responsible for the overall leadership and growth of Molly Maid throughout the US.

Vera joined Neighborly after almost 20 years in healthcare with Amplifon, the worldwide leading retailer of hearings aids, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Miracle-Ear. In this role, she led the growth of both the franchise and corporate-owned locations, a network of over 1,500 locations across the United States.

Vera received her MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milano, Italy and holds an undergraduate degree in international business from the Bocconi University in Milano, Italy, one of the top management schools in Europe. In addition, she has participated in educational programs at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Ashbridge Business School in the United Kingdom.

Vice President, Franchise Development, Neighborly

Rebekah Reynolds, VP of Franchise Development at Neighborly, currently leads teams of Franchise Developers representing HouseMaster home inspections and Rainbow Restoration. Her teams work alongside potential franchise owners as guides, to help clients determine whether they are the right fit for home services and the Neighborly family of brands. Rebekah has worked at Neighborly for over seven years and served across all U.S. domestic services brands, including four years as a liaison between Private Equity groups entering the home service space with Neighborly. Rebekah believes in building a culture that fosters and develops the greatest potential in teams so they may continue to serve others well and play an active role in changing lives for the better.
