David Flax has been with Window Genie since 2010. He started as a franchise owner in Atlanta, Georgia where the location became the largest in the country and fastest growing franchise location in four years. In 2015, David served dual roles as a franchise owner and became the Franchise Developer for Window Genie. Between 2010 and 2019, David successfully recruited new Window Genie owners while also mentoring dozens of other owners along the way. In 2019, David was promoted to VP of Operations and successfully sold his local Window Genie operation. David was promoted again in 2021 and was named Brand President effective January 1st, 2022. During his tenure as VP and now President, the average unit volume per location has more than tripled.

Evan Dimov has been a Mr. Electric franchisee since November 2022. After successfully developing businesses, opening restaurants and retail stores, making them profitable, and selling them, Evan found a perfect fit with Mr. Electric. Despite having no experience in the electrical industry, he discovered that running a Mr. Electric franchise was more manageable than his previous businesses, due in great part to

comprehensive corporate training and, most importantly, the invaluable knowledge and support from over two hundred fifty franchisees who were always ready to share their insights. Evan now mentors new franchisees looking to grow their businesses.

Brad Stevenson is an accomplished executive business leader with nearly 30 years’ experience in a variety of sales, marketing, and management roles in both franchising and the beverage industry. Currently, Brad serves as the chief development officer (CDO) for Neighborly and is a member of the Neighborly growth team. In this role, Brad is a driving force behind developing and implementing Neighborly’s aggressive strategic initiatives for North American franchise development. As a member of the Executive Team for Neighborly, Brad works closely with the skilled development team and brand leadership.
