In the role of Group President, Brian leads Neighborly’s Repair cluster of brands: Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric, Mr. Handyman, Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and Precision Door Service. Brian also currently leads the company's Corporate Owned Stores (Plumb Enterprises).

Brian joined Neighborly after two decades in healthcare with Right at Home, a provider of in-home care for seniors and those with disabilities. He joined Right at Home in 2000 as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, launching the Right at Home franchise system. Most recently as President & CEO, he led the growth of both the franchise and corporate-owned locations from a single office in Omaha, Nebraska, to more than 750 locations across eight countries.

Brian has taught classes at the University of Nebraska Omaha, specializing in entrepreneurship, franchising, and small business leadership. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Bellevue University, an MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and is a doctoral candidate at Concordia University Chicago.

Brian Woods is the Group Vice President of Franchise Development at Neighborly. Neighborly is the world's largest parent company of 30 home service brands and more than 5,000 franchise locations in nine countries. Brian is responsible for the 6 Franchise Brands in the Repair Cluster (Mr. Rooter, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric, Dryer Vent Wizard, Aire Serv, and Precision Door Services.). He is a key driver in the strategic direction of the brands in terms of growth and market expansion. Brian is also the Co-Chair of Neighborly’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to Neighborly, Brian was the Managing Director of Franchise Development for G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6 economy hotels. While at G6, Brian was the first President of the Council of Diversity/Inclusion, and Equality (CODE@6) where he focused on Diversity franchise recruitment.
